As we all know, ice time for individual skills training is close to impossible to come by especially any time after 7am. We aim to make skills training and player development more accessible to your schedule.
No two players are the same, therefore, no two players should train exactly the same. We dissect each player’s skill set to highlight the areas of their game that most need improvement, and then break it down further to pinpoint why the player is struggling, and how can it be corrected.
By utilizing both on-ice (synthetic ice) and off-ice elements in our training, our coaches can integrate strength and conditioning exercises into technical aspects of a player’s game to assist in developing muscle memory for proper technique that can then be translated into game situations through on-ice skills training.
