Designed for adults of all skill levels, this clinic combines on-ice training, off-ice skill development, and professional fitness guidance from a certified personal trainer. Program Highlights:
On-Ice Training: Refine your skating, puck control, passing, and shooting techniques. Our coaches will break down complex skills into manageable components, ensuring that you progress at a pace that's right for you. Each week, you'll explore new drills and strategies to keep your gameplay fresh and exciting.
Off-Ice Skill Development: Our coaches will break down basic and advanced fundamentals of puck control and shooting through innovative off-ice training drills to expedite the creation of muscle memory. Through real-time video analysis, you'll gain a deeper insight into the nuances of proper technique within individual skills allowing you to see the good and bad in your technique and make instant adjustments.
Personalized Fitness Workouts: Enhance your physical fitness and stamina with tailored workout sessions led by a certified personal trainer. These workouts are designed specifically to improve your endurance, strength, agility, and overall fitness, contributing to your success on the ice.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Helmet, skates, stick, gloves, shin pads and elbow pads are mandatory for on-ice training.
