Coach Kareem is a talented player hailing from Washington, DC. Known for his robust defensive skills and a natural inclination towards offensive contributions, Alazem has established himself as a force to be reckoned with on the ice.

Starting his hockey journey locally, Alazem showcased his skills as a member of the Washington Little Caps. It was here that his passion for the game flourished, catching the attention of scouts and opening doors to new opportunities.

Eager to take his talent to the next level, Alazem joined the AAA national contender New Jersey Rockets, where he further honed his skills and gained valuable experience competing against top-level competition.

Coach Kareem made the transition to the prep school ranks, enrolling at the prestigious Kimball Union Academy. This move provided him with a solid foundation and prepared him for the challenges ahead.

Continuing his upward trajectory, Alazem ventured into the world of junior hockey, joining the Green Bay Gamblers in the United States Hockey League (USHL). This highly competitive league pushed his abilities to new heights and allowed him to compete against some of the best young players in the country.

Alazem's journey in junior hockey didn't stop there. He also showcased his skills with the Maryland Black Bears in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) and reunited with the New Jersey Rockets in the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC). These experiences added depth to his game and helped him further refine his abilities on both ends of the ice.

Currently, Alazem continues to make waves in the hockey world as he plays NCAA Division III hockey for Connecticut College. Representing his college with pride and determination, Alazem brings his unique blend of defensive prowess and offensive flair to every game, consistently making an impact on the ice.
